Yeo Choon Ling

Choon Ling is an experienced Senior Educational Therapist with 16 years of experience supporting children with learning and behavioural needs. She has worked across mainstream and special education schools, early-intervention programmes, an after-school intervention centre and home-based settings, supporting learners from preschool through secondary school.

Her work includes assessing individual learning needs, developing and reviewing Individualised Education Plans (IEPs), adapting curricula and designing targeted teaching materials. She has delivered literacy, school-readiness, social-emotional and behavioural interventions and has contributed to curriculum development, programme coordination and teacher support. Her experience includes roles with the Ministry of Education and APSN schools.

Choon Ling believes children learn best when they are supported from where they are. She focuses on strengthening foundations, breaking learning into manageable steps and recognising small successes. By creating positive learning experiences, she helps children develop confidence, independence and a stronger motivation to learn.

She works closely with parents, teachers and professionals, including educational psychologists, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and social workers. As a mother to an energetic preschooler, Choon Ling brings warmth, patience and practical understanding to her work, helping families build consistent support around each child.
