Principal Educational Psychologist
Eulisia Er — Principal Educational Psychologist

Eulisia is the Principal Educational Psychologist at Bearie Learning Space, a Singapore Registered Psychologist and an SRP-Approved Supervisor. She is currently a PhD candidate in Psychology and Child & Human Development at University College London. Her work centres on psychoeducational assessment, early intervention and practical support for children with developmental, learning and special educational needs.

She has worked in EIPIC centres, special schools and private clinics, and has served as a locum Educational Psychologist with the Ministry of Education and the Dyslexia Association of Singapore. In 2012, she was among the first psychologists in Singapore involved in introducing a transdisciplinary framework at a government-funded early-intervention centre, bringing families and professionals together around each child’s goals.

Eulisia believes that a child makes the strongest progress when the adults around them understand both their needs and their strengths. She works closely with parents and teachers so that recommendations are practical, consistent and usable across home and school. Her training includes ADOS, PEERS, Signposts for Building Better Behaviour and Good Enough Parenting.

Alongside her clinical work, Eulisia teaches and supervises future practitioners through appointments with institutions including the National Institute of Education, Singapore University of Social Sciences and Temasek Polytechnic. Her teaching has received recognition from SUSS, including a Special Award in Innovative Pedagogy and an Honourable Mention for Teaching Excellence.

Her practice is also informed by research. She received Best Research, Best Writing and Best Oral Presentation at the 2017 Singapore Psychological Society Student Research Awards, has presented at international conferences, and co-authored a 2025 study on ADHD among school-aged students with dyslexia in Singapore. At the centre, she guides clinical standards and collaborative care so that every family receives thoughtful, evidence-informed support.
